Kelvin presented facts to support why we need to change the way we think about food. Plant Based Food or PBF as we now call it, would normally be a higher price than meat.
In Singapore it is now the same price, and once it becomes cheaper and tastier than real meat, then the movement will begin.

Through Sandra’s presentation we are learning how to develop meals that have nutrition and taste.
Ottimmo will have PLB in December and we are going to do Plant Based Cooking.
Open our “soup kitchen” and serve free meals to “Low Income Families Every-time.” Remember “LIFE.”
Covid-19 is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my time of being on this planet.
To beat Covid-19 we need six steps.
- Wear a mask.
- Wash your hands.
- Social distancing.
- Healthy food.
- Digital Lifestyle
Put all these together and we can enjoy “LIFE”.
